The Challenger program of Pacific Little League gives kids in our community with a wide range of disabilities a chance to participate in a team sport alongside their neighbors and friends from school.
This is a unique opportunity that is not available in other sports. Our players relish the chance to have uniforms, learn sports skills, and be cheered from the stands. Our program is also a connection point for families to offer support and friendship to one another. Not to mention, our kids are an inspiration to our league!
We have roughly 8 games per season, and our season runs from mid-April to mid-June. Our teams play typically on Saturday afternoons. Our games consist of two innings and each child gets a chance at bat. The emphasis is on fun!
